This notice is being finalised and is subject to legal review. Last revised: 14 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is ELLADACOM P.C. (ELLADACOM Ι.Κ.Ε.), a Greek private capital company with its registered office at Alexandroupoleos 20, 115 27 Athens, Greece, G.E.MI. number 195704201000.
For any question about this notice or your data, write to tamir.k@kd-ict.com.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter:
- your name, and optionally your company and phone number;
- your email address;
- a description of the project or opportunity, and your message;
- the language version of the site you used.
When you email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.
Our hosting provider also processes technical information when you visit the site or submit the form, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Where you contact us about a potential project, we process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the website secure and filter spam. Legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations. If an enquiry leads to a contract, certain records must be kept under Greek tax and commercial law (Article 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing with KD-ICT
ELLADACOM works with KD-ICT, an engineering consulting company based in Israel. Enquiries are currently received at a KD-ICT email address, and we may share enquiry details with KD-ICT staff where their technical input is needed to respond. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
5. Service providers and international transfers
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives contact form submissions on our behalf. Netlify uses its own sub-processors, including a spam-filtering service that may check form submissions. Netlify states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
- Email services. Form notifications and emails to us are delivered through the email service used for the address above, which may process data outside Greece.
Your data may therefore be processed outside Greece and outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If no business relationship follows, we delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose. If a contract follows, related records are kept for the periods required by law. Specific retention periods are being finalised and will be stated here.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, or its use restricted, in the cases set out by law;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive data you provided in a portable format, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email tamir.k@kd-ict.com. We will reply within one month.
8. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr, or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
9. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this website, so no request is sent to Google Fonts or other font services. The site links to LinkedIn and to KD-ICT's website; those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow the link.
